Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By installing or using any toolvein extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, don't install the extension.
2. What we provide
toolvein offers Chrome extensions that automate small annoyances (starting with "Continue Watching" prompts on streaming sites). The extension runs locally in your browser. Core features are free forever; optional Premium features are available as a one-time purchase.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the extension for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not reverse engineer, repackage or redistribute it.
- Do not use it to violate the terms of service of the streaming platforms it supports. You remain responsible for your own compliance with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube, Max, etc.
4. Premium purchases
Premium features are sold as a one-time purchase of €3.99 (incl. VAT where applicable). Payment is processed by ExtensionPay via Stripe.
EU right of withdrawal: If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase for any reason. By purchasing Premium, you agree that we begin providing the digital feature immediately — which under EU law means you may lose the right of withdrawal once the feature has been activated. We'll still offer refunds on a case-by-case basis if the feature doesn't work as described — email hello@toolvein.com.
5. No warranty
The extension is provided "as is". Streaming platforms change their UI constantly; we do our best to keep up, but we can't guarantee every prompt on every platform will be dismissed every time. We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, toolvein is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the extension. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law grants you a different forum.
